In the unlikely event of a concern regarding the quality of the goods you have purchased from us, please email details and where possible attach a digital photograph. Any product not meeting our normal standards of quality will be replaced free of charge as long as it is returned intact and in its original packaging.
Your right to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Please note that bespoke items, that have been made or modified specifically to order/request cannot be returned. Goods indicated as made to order are strictly non returnable.
Goods must be returned to us in good condition and packaged in the original packaging.
A restocking charge of 30% of the value of the goods (gross) excluding carriage will apply and a carriage charge will be levied to collect and bring back, according to weight and size. Goods may not be returned after 30 days from receipt. Carriage paid when your order was original placed is not refundable. Goods will not be accepted back without having been arranged and an uplift reference received and marked on the parcel.
