Oak is a timeless favourite timber used for the lavish Craftsmans Choice range. The Trentham Under Newel is usually used for most newels where a continuous rail is used with handrail fittings (a Volute Newel is usually used for the first bottom newel). This ornate turned pattern is well proportioned and made to the highest standards. To achieve the 117mm section these posts are laminated from selected timber.
Due to the nature of our products, the delivery cost is calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Upon entering delivery details during checkout, the delivery cost is calculated and shown when selecting the delivery method. The delivery time for stock products is between 3-5 working days. The detailed stock status of each product is specified in the product description.

In the unlikely event of a concern regarding the quality of the products purchased, customers are advised to email the details (and, where possible, attach a digital photograph of the issue). Alternatively, customers can initiate a return via their Staircase Parts account. Any product not meeting the usual standards of quality will be replaced free of charge as long as it is returned intact and in its original packaging.
