Newstead Twist Under Newel is usually used for most newels where a continuous rail is used with handrail fittings (a Volute Newel is usually used for the first bottom newel).

The Newstead Twist has a rope twist and is made to high standards by skilled craftsmen.

To achieve the 117mm section these posts are laminated from selected timber.
